Rev. Kenneth Parrish is the founder of Kenneth Parrish Ministries, an independent, fundamental Baptist ministry located in the sleepy town of Coats, NC. Rev. Parrish found his calling early in his life, but it really manifested itself after the horrific attacks on September 11, 2001. It was at this time that Rev. Parrish began writing small articles and emailing them to friends. He was ordained on May 4, 2005 by World Christianship Ministries, and has been teaching and preaching the Word of God ever since

In November 2010, Rev. Parrish retired on disability from a company called NET100, Ltd., a cabling and communications company based out of Chantilly, Virginia where he had worked as a Senior Installation Supervisor, as well as a registered BICSI Information Transfer System (ITS) Technician and a Multimedia Design Intergration Specialist (MDIS)

Rev. and Mrs. Parrish have now moved from their residence in Maryland to the family homestead in North Carolina, where they enjoy a slow-paced lifestyle, along with their cat, Sylvester.

Kenneth Parrish Ministries ...

An independent, fundamental Baptist ministry.

Kenneth Parrish Ministries and Rev. Parrish are both non-denominational in their beliefs. However, we consider ourselves to be independent, fundamental Baptist for the following reasons only:

We are independent in that we are not part of any denomination, convention or association.

We are fundamental in that we stand unapologetically for the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith.

We are Baptist in that we hold the Biblical doctrines of the absolute authority of the Bible, baptism for believers only and by immersion only, and the autonomy – or self-rule – of the local church via congregational government and leadership by the pastor and deacons.

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant word of God. We cannot earn salvation; it is only available through Jesus alone; it is a gift from God through His Grace (Eph. 2:8-9).

Rev. Parrish is available to speak at your church or meeting place. He also is available for weddings, funerals and other Christian services.

Born in Maryland in the early 1960's, Rev. Parrish grew up in the Washington, DC area in a Christian home. He has been happily married to his best friend Kathie since November 2000, and has two children from a previous marriage.

While living in the D.C. area, Rev. Parrish attended Maryland University where he majored in astronomy and astrophysics. He later became a professional photographer and then later began doing computer work.
